Well, I have changed the theme and added an anti-spam plugin. With the plugin, registration is no longer required, though a email address is still required. Lord, I hope this works.

Oh, and if you are swamped with spam, it’s most likely because of the Technorati thing. I had it for quite a while, and tons of spam. As soon as I got rid of it, the spam dropped to a more manageable level. Coincidence?
