I can&#8217;t really decide what to do next. I have a lot of ideas for new projects, but am not sure whether to start any of them because of other things that are going on outside of my fiber world that might take my time and attention away from them. Every feel like that?<\/p>\n<p>Not that I have been sitting idle. I went back to finish the merino roving in the Maldives colorway from <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/helloyarnfiberclub.wordpress.com\/\">Hello Yarn Fiber Club<\/a>. After the single broke on me once too often (my fault,) I decide I was done with the project and plied what I had.\u00a0This is the result.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.textillian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/maldives-merino.jpg\" title=\"Maldives merino\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.textillian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/maldives-merino.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"Maldives merino\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is about 100 grams. I figure it to be a fingering weight. In any case, it is done.<\/p>\n<p>I have one of the Koi Pond socks done. This is just my basic knitting; but, boy, is the yarn soft. It is <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/cabincove.com\/store\/\">Dave&#8217;s merino and nylon blend<\/a>. Cushy!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.textillian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/koi-pond-sock-1.jpg\" title=\"Koi Pond sock\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.textillian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/koi-pond-sock-1.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"Koi Pond sock\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Also, the yardage on this yarn is great!<\/p>\n<p>And I am almost done the first of the Coriolis socks. I am using Claudia&#8217;s Handpaints in the Boot Camp colorway.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.textillian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/coriolis-sock.jpg\" title=\"Coriolis sock\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.textillian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/coriolis-sock.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"Coriolis sock\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I am not sure how I feel about this sock. It amounts to the same basic knitting that my other socks that I am working on are. And the increase every round means that there is some elasticity that is lost due to the stitches.
